After the Blue Angels
practice, the group had over four hours to visit the
National Museum of Naval Aviation. The museum contains over
150 beautifully restored aircraft, an IMAX theater featuring
the Blue Angels, and numerous artifacts and exhibits
representing Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard Aviation.
Not all are pictured here but a representive number of Float
Planes, Seaplanes, Helicopters, WWII era, and current jet
aircraft.
The group enjoyed lunch at the authentic Cubi Bar Cafe. The
Cafe is decorated with over 1000 squadron and unit plaques
reassembled from the historic Officers' Club at Cubi Point
in the Philippines
